Tom Granger is a multi-award-winning meditation author from the UK.

He is on a mission to create engaging experiences and novel learning tools that demystify ancient, life-changing breathing techniques – making them accessible and meaningful.

Tom is making his way across America in early 2022, interviewing leading scientific researchers, historians, and yogi masters as research for his new book about the magic of slow, rhythmic breathing rates – “Breathe-In Harmony”.

Tom believes knowledge-sharing should be embodied, joyful, community-driven, and evidence-based – that’s why he is taking what he has learned and testing out specially-created movement and breathwork practices based on a range of scientific insights and ancient modalities that he has found in his research.

What to expect…

Bestselling author Tom Granger has spent the last few years meeting, interviewing and training with the foremost teachers, inventors and researchers who have something to say about slow, rhythmic breathing rates.

He has even tracked down Nobel Prize winning scientists and Olympic Gold medallists who have something to say about this technique. But it’s time to begin sharing that knowledge with you!

In this workshop, as well as sharing the most interesting stories from his research, Tom will bring together all of the most beneficial aspects of what he has learned and share them with you in a beautiful flowing, intrinsically rewarding practice.  

In this enriching guided session, you will be coached to breathe and move in synchrony with specially-created original music. This will guide your breath at a unique ratio that is scientifically shown to have profoundly positive effects throughout the body and mind. By breathing in harmony with the music, we, quite literally, breathe harmony into our bodies. Everything we learn in this session is science-led and based off Tom’s training and research.

You will be led through a series of simple, fluid movements to naturally slow down your breath and prepare your body for meditation, following this you will be subtly guided to breathe smoothly with soothing tones that help to pace your breath at the mysterious resonant rate. 

By breathing in and out, softly and slowly, in equal amounts, your auxiliary biorhythms will begin to synchronise with your breath, entrain with each other, and become increasingly efficient at sustaining health. The interoceptive pathways inside your body become gradually clearer and you can more easily enter and experience your rich inner world. 

This effect is felt somatically as a deeply calm yet conscious state throughout the bodymind.
